Until fairly recent times the Bull & Mouth was at 31 Bloomsbury Way (formerly Hart Street). St George, Bloomsbury, London. It became a Chinese noodle bar, which has since closed. Williamson says that the name may be a corruption of 'bowl and mouth'.
