Late Roman Bronze Coinage A.D. 324-498

Robert A Carson, John P C Kent and P V Hill.  Published by Spink & Son, London, reprint with additions and corrections from The Numismatic Circular, 1978. HB (blue cloth) 114 pages + 4 good b&w plates.  182 x 248mm.   Known as LRBC, this is a standard quick reference on the series.  It is in two parts: Part I The Bronze Coinage of the House of Constantine. A.D. 324-346, and Part II Bronze Roman Imperial Coinage of the Later Empire A.D. 346-498.  It is a very useful standard reference work.  No dj (as published), spine rebacked with green buckram tape. The fold-out index is creased and its edge worn. Boards worn, and stained. Some light foxing on many pages, otherwise fair and at this price, a real bargain.
