H A Seaby. London, 1st edition, 1952. HB iv + 137 pages. Illustrated throughout with good line drawings. This is in two parts. The Republic - arranged according to Babelon, and the second on Cohen, so the coins are listed in alphabetical order of the reverse legends, which makes for fast and easy finding.
This is a series of five volumes begun in 1952 by H A Seaby. It deals exclusively with the Roman silver coinage from the Republic through to Romulus Augustus.
Secondhand. No d/jkt, spine faded and the edges worn, the covers grubby, there are several price annotations in pencil, otherwise the contents are good although a few pages show slight foxing.
