HB blue cloth with gilt-lettered spine.  viii + 46 pages + 12 plates.  The same format as SCBI, but not part of that series as the coins are not British.  Covers the coins from Pippin the Short to Louis the Blind mint by mint, along with Viking imitations.

Spine of dj a little faded and price clipped with two very small tears, otherwise more or less as new and an unusually nice exampleScarce.

The specialist work on British coins and tokens 600-1680.  Major collections in the UK and abroad are are catalogued with each coin photographed 1:1.
