130 lots. 13 pages + 10 plates.  A collection of English gold coins, with the purpose of obtaining one of each obverse and reverse type of each guinea, half guinea, sovereign and the smaller denominations, including some proofs and patterns, all in the best possible condition.  A few other coins were also collected along the way - types of two-guinea, some nice hammered coins and a small collection of French gold.  Cover a little scruffy, internally a Very Good clean copy, with the list of prices realised.
