Recent stout red cloth binding with a gilt-lettered black leather label on the spine. xxiii + 631 pages + 42 plates of line drawings. 140 x 218 mm. Pasted onto the rear of the final plate and the endpaper is an article 'Devonshire 17th Century Town Pieces' by H S Gill dated 1880. Plates somewhat foxed, otherwise, the text is very good and clean. Ex Keighley Public Library book with their ex-libris on front pastedown and two other labels.
