G C Brooke 1916. 2 vols. 255 pages + 462 pages + 62 plates. Standard reference work and quite essential.
Unobtrusive library bookplate - 'presented by the British Museum Trustees' in vol 1 only. The covers of both volumes a little marked. The endpapers foxed, the half and title pages, and the edges a bit spotty, but the plates and most of the text not affected.
Vol 2 has a large corner cut off the ffep, presumably to remove a name, but no library stamps and no spotting, though the front ffep is foxed.
