Een Haspengouws Receptenboek uit de 18de Eeuw

Raf Van Laere. Published by the Academie voor de Streekgebonden Gastronomie, Belgium*, 2001. PB 135 x 190mm. 126 pages.  Flemish and French text. Transcriptions of 18th-century recipes for food, drink, medicines and household products.

*Yes, Google translates this quite correctly as Academy for Regional Gastronomy, Belgium, but am I alone in suspecting that it has something to do with being punished for eating good food (maybe mussels and chips with mayo) whilst running naked and tied up somewhere foreign?
