Issued by France to help raise funds for Serbian refugees. The battles fought in Serbia in 1915 saw the Serbian army and civilians being forced across the borders into the mountains by Bulgarian, Austro-Hugarian and German forces. This resulted in thousands of deaths due to starvation and intense winter conditions.
