Admiral George Bridges Rodney.

HMS Sandwich, 90 guns, was Rodney's flagship in the action against the French fleet under De Guichen in 1780 and also the capture of St Eustatius in 1781.  Admiral Rodney reclaimed St. Eustatius from the Dutch. Among other things, he seized a large quantity of munitions designated for General Washington.
