Why buy this when you can view a copy for free online? Let me answer you by asking if you why do you collect tokens when you could collect photographs of them? There is a great deal of pleasure to be derived from owning a real book. I have the original 1910-19 version, I have the Seaby reprint, and one exactly the same as this one. This is one of greatest numismatic works of all time, why not own the real thing.
