W de Birch. 1887, 1892, 1894, 1895  Each with approx. 725-850 pages and 12 plates, each of which illustrates 6 - 10 seals.  These four volumes cover the royal, ecclesiastical and other heraldic seals of England and Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

All are first editions in the original red-brown cloth bindings with gilt spine titles and blindstamped boards.  Volume IV has partially cracked joints. Vol  II has detached boards with the spine missing. Vols I, II and III are fair to good with reasonably tight bindings, though the edges of all are worn and the corners bumped. Someone has loved these books.  All are ex public library with victorian book plates, blind stamps etc.
