Imitation spade half guinea. Brass gambling token/card counter. W.C.B.ET. CO. Birm. 1790. Warburton 6340

Brass 20.3mm. GEORGIVS III DEI GRATIA around laureate head of George III right.  R. W.C.B.ET. CO. DG.IT. REX. FD. B.I.R.M around a crowned shield, ·1790· below. Neilson & Warburton 6340   Legend weak in places, otherwise fair-Fine.

Possibly made by Charles William Bagnall, an engraver of 16 Hockley Street, Birmingham around 1910 who may have used the initials CWB.  Also possible, and I think more likely, are the Bagnall Brothers who were Gilt Jewellery Manufacturers at three addresses in Birmingham between 1896 and 1914.
