Jacob de Wilde, (1645-1725?) Amsterdam, 1692, engraved allegorical frontispiece, four figurative architectural plates pages, 212 pages + 20pp index rerum, a fold-out map and 25 plates. 175 x 230mm. The plates, etc., engraved by Adriaan Schoonebeek.
Good- VG. Professionally and attractively rebound in 'antique' 3/4 calf with marbled paper boards, red label, gilt and decorated with raised bands. The title page grubby and with some foxing, otherwise remarkably free of spotting. Previous owner's ex-libris on the front pastedown. The binding is tight.
