Printed by Eyre and Spottiswood.  HB, 120 x 168mm. 1278pp. This was made in either the reign of Edward VII, or early during the reign of George V, Deluxe version. Black morocco patterned leather. Gilt edges with gilt-title and spine. Black end papers, neatly rounded corners to the text block.  The spine has a few creases, a few pages have the lower outer corner bent as markers(?). The gilt edges a little worn, a few prelims and final pages lightly worn, otherwise clean and Very Good.
