The author is to be applauded for getting many more modern issues published in this edition. The production and design is clever and good, including the printing on silk coated paper which enhances the excellent illustrations.

Be warned, this book is BIG and the excellent paper on which it is printed is dense, so it weighs 2.3 kg and will cost £10 for UK postage, more for overseas.
