München 1897+1901.  xxxviii + 540 pages + 4 + 12 plates.  High quality photocopy (POD ?) bound in two volumes, the first contains the text and is beautifully 1/2 bound in heavy blue leather with marbled paper, raised bands with gilt lining and a cream label.  The 12 plates are much more simply bound.

Almost as new.
