The company which operated from Decoy Farm, Gorefield, Wisbech, Cambs., was incorporated in March 1957, has since been dissolved, its last accounts were filed in 2008.

Gorefield is a village with ca 850 souls 4 miles north west of Wisbech in the Cambridgeshire Fens. It holds a Scarecrow Competition in the last week of August each year.
