Full title  Histoire numismatique de la Révolution française: ou description raisonnée des médailles, monnaies, et autres monumens numismatiques relatifs aux affaires de la France, depuis l'ouverture des États-généraux jusqu'a l'établissement du gouvernement consulaire.  Vol. 1.  This has had various owners and sellers over the years, including very small labels by Löwy Stösseles in Prag, and Spink, King Street, London. It has a 1930s ex libris of Martin Petersen.  Red leather spine with gold lettered and decorated raised bands and red cloth covers.  Marbled edges. Good-VG, Spine and corners worn, front hinge part cracked, but still holding. The binding tight. The first dozen pages have some foxing with occasional patches throughout the book, but mostly bright and clean.   French text throughout.  Scholarly and thorough.
