On the subject of tokens, '17th-cent tokens in the collection of the University of Leeds', by Christopher Challis, ought to be in the library of all collectors - as should 'Yorkshire checks and passes in the Kirklees Museum', by John Rumsby. There is even an article on numismatic writing by Paul Withers. But those are just the begining. This is a brilliant volume. Brilliant numismatics! The editor should get a prize for his work in bringing these volumes into being.
